Frank Rozemeijer
SOLVINT Chair in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management (Professor of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management)
Frank Rozemeijer holds the SOLVINT Chair in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at Maastricht University and is responsible for setting up PhD research projects, coordinating the SCM Master course 'Strategic Sourcing ' and supervising master thesis projects. He is also program director of the NEVI Procurement Leadership Program (PLP) that is hosted by UMIO at Maastricht University. He studied Business Economics at the University of Amsterdam and gained his PhD in 2000 at Eindhoven University of Technology. Next to his academic work, Frank acts as an independent consultant, trainer and executive coach for (inter)national companies across many industries. Further, he is member of the Supervisory Board of INKA, a Group Purchasing Organization optimizing the shared spend of 25 SME’s in the Construction industry. Over the past 20 years, he has built a strong international reputation as speaker for conferences and in-company seminars, as well as an inspirator for procurement and supply chain leadership development. In 2022, his latest book ‘Procurement and Supply Chain Management’ (co-authored with Arjan van Weele) was published by Cengage and in 2023 it was awarded Best Book in it’s category in France. In 2026 the 9th edition of this book will be published.

Jan Vašek
PhD in Supply Chain Management (Cranfield); SCM at the Economic faculty of University of Chemistry and Technology.
An accomplished procurement leader and academic, he began his career at Valeo and Toyota, managing strategic purchasing across Europe. He later served as a global category manager at Inergy Automotive and Purchasing Director at Automotive Lighting and Swiss Krono. Since 2015, he moved to academia and lectures strategic and innovation management, and SCM at the Economic faculty of University of Chemistry and Technology.

His extensive professional background is supported by an elite education, including a PhD in Supply Chain Management (Cranfield), a postgraduate diploma in Strategy and Innovation (Oxford), and two MSc. in Business and law, Performance management and even Philology (PhDr.).

He publishes regularly in the field of supply chain management, public procurement.

Cognitive scientist, biologist, habilitated doctor of humanities, professor at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Scholarship recipient of the University of Kiel (DAAD Scholarship, Germany), University of Edinburgh (Tempus Scholarship, Scotland), and University of Berkeley (USA). Lecturer at Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw, Poznań University of Economics, SWPS University in Poznań, and Poznań University of Banking. His research interests revolve around the epigenesis of the mind, which involves the brain's ability to be shaped by environmental stimuli. He engages in universal design psychology, neurodidactics, and brainfitness issues. For years, he has conducted training sessions and expert lectures for management staff and educational leaders. Author and co-author of five monographs and dozens of scientific articles.
Maciej Madziński

A practitioner with over a decade of experience in strategic management and digital transformations of organizations, collaborating with both the business and academic sectors. Trainer, academic lecturer, mentor of future leaders. He conducts lectures and workshops in MBA programs, open training sessions, and courses in undergraduate and postgraduate studies, including strategic consulting projects in MBA programs. He specializes in management and IT. He also supports companies in creating and executing strategies using project management tools. Professionally, he is the COO at Laurens Coster, a Polish company specializing in advanced data analytics and generative AI. Previously, he was Vice President at Escola S.A., a technology company developing mobile and web applications, providing consulting services in digital transformation and AI, and developing its own products within venture building. He was responsible for operational excellence, strategy execution, and building international partnerships. He also served as the Managing Director for Digital Transformation and Support Functions at KROSS S.A., overseeing digital transformation, administration, and the legal department. Throughout his career, he has held positions as COO and IT Director at Kozminski University. He has been associated with Kozminski University since 2007. He has also served on two supervisory boards: first at Kozminski Business Hub, and then at Escola S.A. until he became Vice President. He is also a partner at Kirov Strategic Negotiators Sp. z o.o. and the director of the MBA IT program at Kozminski Executive Business School, as well as a co-author and one of the leaders of the SPEB – School of Professional Business Experts program at the university. A passionate advocate of strategic management (particularly strategy building and execution) and agile project management, he has been involved in large, complex digital transformations of companies, from creating digital transformation strategies to effective system implementation and change management within the organization. He has carried out projects both as a manager within the organization and as a strategic consultant, supporting digital transformations in higher education institutions, ed-tech companies, as well as manufacturing and commercial enterprises. As Managing Director at KROSS, he coordinated major implementations in operational management, data analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and B2B e-commerce sales using SAP and Salesforce technologies. He also coordinated the creation of the overall KROSS S.A. strategy until 2026. As COO at Kozminski University, he specialized in implementing strategic programs in broad administration, particularly in IT infrastructure and technology development. He also managed the Project Office at Kozminski University and was responsible for the university's project portfolio, managing key strategic initiatives with his team. In 2020, he earned a PhD with distinction in management and quality sciences, defending a dissertation titled "Project Management in Teal Organizations." The dissertation focuses on self-organizing enterprises, particularly in project management. His current research interests in self-organizing companies also extend to "Positive Leadership," rooted in "Positive Psychology."
